This role is perfect for an editor who understands digital storytelling, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to shape raw footage into engaging content.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit and assemble videos specifically tailored for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form channels.
- Review multiple takes to pinpoint the moments that instantly capture viewer attention and drive engagement.
- Incorporate captions, sound design, visual effects, and graphics that align with each platform’s style and audience expectations.
- Manage quick turnaround times without sacrificing creativity, detail, or brand consistency.
- Stay on top of trends, integrating new ideas and innovations into ongoing projects.

Requirements
- Proven experience in short-form editing, ideally for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to craft engaging, fast-paced content with strong hooks and clean storytelling.
- Proficiency in editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional tools.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with comfort working alongside a cross-functional creative team.
