Are you a friendly and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills? Our Los Angeles–based law firm is seeking a Virtual Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who is bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and committed to providing warm, professional service.
Schedule:
📅 Overnight Hours: 8:00 pm – 5:00 am pst
🕐 availability: 5–7 days per week
📘 training week: mandatory training during regular business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm pst) for the first week before transitioning to the overnight schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming client calls in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ask basic questions to understand the purpose of the call.
- Accurately transfer calls to the right team member or department.
- Take clear, detailed messages and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assisting with data entry and other administrative support tasks.
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2)
- Full bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required)
- Prior experience in customer service, reception, or client support
- Exceptional communication and listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
