We are seeking a skilled and reliable video editor for a long-term collaboration on a monthly retainer basis. The primary responsibility will be to produce 8-12 short videos per month, each approximately 1 minute in length. While the volume may vary slightly some months, the retainer payment will remain consistent. There may also be instances of fewer but longer-form videos.
The content will primarily focus on personal branding, real estate, and mortgage-related topics. Experience in these niches is a plus, as is the ability to understand and cater to the specific needs of these industries. A portion of our clientele is Spanish-speaking, so proficiency in Spanish for understanding content, adding subtitles, or incorporating voice-overs will be highly valued.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in video editing software, capable of delivering high-quality, engaging content, and able to work independently while adhering to brand guidelines. We are looking for a creative professional who can contribute to our ongoing content strategy and help maintain a consistent visual presence across various platforms
