Experienced Video Editor Needed – $550/Month Flat Rate Diverse Content Production

We are a dynamic video production company seeking a highly skilled and reliable Video Editor to join our team for a long-term, ongoing collaboration. Our work spans a wide array of industries, including real estate, personal branding, commercials, and music videos, requiring an editor with versatile skills and adaptability. The selected freelancer will be responsible for editing approximately 8 to 12 short videos per month, each typically around one minute in length. There may be instances where fewer videos are required, but they will be longer in duration. The content will be diverse, covering various themes such as real estate listings, personal brand narratives, mortgage-related content, commercial advertisements, and music videos. Compensation for this role is a flat monthly retainer of $550. This amount is consistent each month and does not fluctuate based on the number or length of videos edited within that period. For example, whether 8 or 12 videos are edited in a given month, the retainer remains $550. Ideal candidates will possess: Proven experience across multiple industries, including real estate, commercials, and music video production. Proficiency in Spanish, both spoken and understood, as some of our clients are Spanish-speaking. Ability to add subtitles and work effectively with Spanish voice-overs. We expect our editor to: Demonstrate adaptability in editing style to align with the unique requirements of different industries and clients. Consistently meet deadlines without requiring follow-up. Adhere strictly to each client's specific brand guidelines, including color palettes, fonts, and overall style. Deliver high-quality, professional videos that are ready for immediate posting.
