We are seeking a skilled developer to assist with a critical system transition project. Our goal is to migrate from a legacy Visual FoxPro system to a modern Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application, named OperCore, built with WinUI 3. The primary responsibility will involve building new modules for the OperCore desktop application. This project requires expertise in modern desktop application development, particularly with WinUI 3, and a strong understanding of ERP system architecture. The ideal candidate will be proficient in C# and .NET development, capable of delivering robust and scalable solutions for our new enterprise application.

- Develop ERP modules: inventory, clients, invoicing, accounting, etc.
- Integrate Syncfusion controls for UI, ensuring full keyboard navigation
- Implement high-performance patterns including CancellationToken and async/await
- Collaborate on legacy module behavior and define specifications
- Code against existing SQL Server stored procedures and create new as needed
- Deliver work via pull requests following documented conventions

- We work collaboratively and define specifications together
- Deliverables are submitted via pull requests on dedicated branches
- Future expansion to ASP.NET Core Api and .net maui mobile app is planned for the right developer
•    the repo includes 2,000+ lines of documented coding conventions (serves as onboarding)
•    we provide all third-party licenses (syncfusion, etc.) — No cost to developer
•    Database has 200+ existing tables with production data — performance for 100K+ records is non-negotiable
