Experienced Youtube Video Editor Needed for Engaging Camera & Screen Recording Project

We are seeking a skilled video editor to create a polished, YouTube-friendly video by combining two 10-minute recordings. The first recording is camera footage of me speaking in English, and the second is a screen recording demonstrating actions on a laptop. The final video should be engaging, professionally edited, and optimized for YouTube.

Key Requirements:

Video Editing: The editor will need to seamlessly switch between the camera footage (showing me speaking) and the screen recording footage (when demonstrating actions). When the screen recording is displayed, a small picture-in-picture (PiP) 'bubble' of the camera footage should be overlaid in a corner of the screen. The project also requires incorporating three specific elements referenced in the video: displaying an email, showing an anonymized CPF, and highlighting how to name attachments (via a visual aid or text overlay). Specific details for these elements will be provided upon project commencement.

Subtitles: Accurate English subtitles must be added for the entire video, perfectly synced with the spoken content.

Audio & Video Optimization: The editor is expected to enhance audio quality by removing background noise and balancing volume levels. Video quality should also be optimized, including adjusting lighting, color, and clarity as needed. NB - sound on both clips and I clapped three times after starting the recording to make it easy to sync.

Engagement: To make the video more engaging and professional for YouTube viewers, appropriate background music and subtle effects/transitions should be incorporated.

Final Output: The footage needs to be trimmed and edited to create a cohesive, concise video, targeting a final length of approximately 6–9 minutes, depending on pacing. The final deliverable must be in a YouTube-compatible format, such as MP4 at 1080p resolution.

Skills Required: Proficiency in professional video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and experience with YouTube video production, including features like subtitles, PiP, and transitions, are essential. The ability to understand English-language content is crucial for following the video and instructions. Familiarity with Brazilian Portuguese for any localized references (e.g., CPF) is a plus.
