We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales and Customer Success Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. Our platform, manageproperty.io, is a fast-growing SaaS solution designed to automate operations, reminders, accounting, and tenant communication for landlords and property managers. This is a long-term freelance opportunity with a focus on customer acquisition and support.

Responsibilities include:
- Generating leads and actively converting landlords and property managers into active, satisfied customers.
- Managing all communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email, to engage with potential and existing clients.
- Successfully onboarding new clients, providing comprehensive guidance on how to effectively utilize the manageproperty.io platform.
- Delivering exceptional customer support by promptly resolving queries and escalating technical issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all leads, conversations, and client statuses within our systems.

Requirements for this role:
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales and customer support is essential.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Hindi are required to effectively interact with our diverse client base.
- A strong ability to understand customer pain points and articulate how our platform's solutions can address their needs.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, WhatsApp Business, and generating basic reports.
- Must be self-motivated, target-oriented, and reliable, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.

Work Mode:
This is a remote, freelance position offering flexible timings. However, responsiveness during Indian Standard Time (IST) working hours is crucial for effective collaboration and client interaction.
