Estimados,
Necesito alguien que sea experto en Prestashop, para que resuelva un problema actual.

Se realizó una actualización del prestashop de una web que está al aire a la versión: 6.13 de Prestashop. Tenemos un problema que no podemos resolver. El catálogo no es visible desde el "Back end" lo que impide revisar precios y cantidades.


Tenemos varios problemas con los clientes que compran llantas, solo ayer tuvimos 4 compras incorrectas: llantas sin stock, precios diferentes, etc.
