Extract info for New Ecom Site (Prestashop) from old-site Sql database (Joomla!

Our client ecom site has crushed and they have the old backup of the previous Joomla! (extremely old version) available. In the backup an old SQL file of 138MB is found, fully readable, with all the information from the previous site (terms & conditions, product descriptions, prices, clients database and so on). Due to urgency, we need to consult and extract all possible useful information from that old sql file and upload/recover whatever is possible into the new site, developed in Prestashop 1,7,6,2.

SKUs are not more than 50, yet they have lots of versions (color, size),  but the client list is long (10+ years of sales online)  and relevant.  It's an urgent project, yet short.
