We are in search of a skilled developer to implement a first-party tracking solution for our clients using Matomo Analytics on our server (analytics.myapplication.com). The goal is to enable our clients to set up CNAME or A and AAAA records that point to our server, allowing them to run _paq functions as first-party to enhance visitorId retrieval and other metrics on iOS browsers, where we often face restrictions.

Additionally, clients should be able to download the matomo.js script from their own subdomains, thus increasing data reliability and ownership. The solution needs to be scalable and easily replicable as we have 100 users and intend to migrate all tracking to subdomains to circumvent data traffic directly to our domain.

We require a functional implementation that can be automated and integrated into our existing system running on Node.js, capable of mass application across all our users.

The task will demand a strong understanding of DNS, web server configurations, JavaScript, and the Matomo operations in a server environment. We are looking for a professional who can deliver a robust and automated solution that streamlines the process for our users and enhances data collection on iOS devices.
