I have created a PDF with 35 pages that is based on losing fast and gaining muscle. I would like someone who is experienced with health and fitness who can editied this for me. Adobe design skills are required with a high level of english.

I would like the freelancer to correct all grammar and mistakes that are made throughout the PDF. I would also like improvments to be made to the desing and format if they feel its needed. I would like the PDF to be attractive and resourceful.
