Fix some responsive things to my website

I have got a website more or less responsive, but some things are wrong.
I need:
-fix for size tablet (768px) the text of the footer and a bit targets, the rest it's ok.
-The same website but only 1 .html- Thi need responsive to max widht 500px the background image and their elements.
