Volumen de las operaciones en rangos de 10, 20, 30, 40 y 50
Establecer un valor de perdida máxima por instrumento y ganancia por instrumento.
Envio de email cuando se alcance la ganancia o perdida.
Se solicita archivo ex4 y mq4.
