Software Club is an investment firm focusing on the software and technology space. The company was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Paris. You'll find more information about us here: https://softwareclub.io/

The core of our activity is to investigate tech companies by talking with senior experts from the software industry. Basically, we capture valuable data by talking to people who hold top and senior roles.

We are growing fast and we are looking to have new talents join our team to help us in our process of capturing more and more insights from our upcoming interviews of experts. We have an international network of people based all over the world, therefore our interviews are all conducted in English. From these interviews, we produce high-quality written transcripts.

We would like to put together a team of writers to support the step of creating the transcript from the raw recorded interview to a written and edited transcript.

2- Details of the mission:

We will provide the audio recording of the interview and access to a software that will create a first raw written document. The key step will be to re-write and edit the entire interview to make sure the content is as informative and as sensible to read as possible. Attention to detail, grammar and spelling will be essential to create a comprehensive transcript. A strong background in business is a plus.

An interview to be transcribed is usually 45 min to 1.5 hour long, and on average, it takes 2 to 3 hours to be transcribed, edited and finalised.

We will provide weekly assignments based on your availability, and everything can be done remotely. Ideally, we will need to get the finalised transcript within 5 days after the interview has been done.

The budget we have in mind is approximately 20-25€ for a finalised transcript.

We are looking for people who can commit to doing a minimum of 4 transcripts per week.

We will provide you with a concrete guide on how to write transcripts, a template and task management tools.

Because of the nature of the role that involves working with confidential data, every successful applicant must sign an NDA before starting.
