Freelance Growth & Outreach Specialist (Cold Email Campaigns with Gohighlevel Crm)

About Us:
We are a growing company focused on building sales pipelines for our clients through cold outreach and appointment setting. We are looking for a freelancer to help us build and manage cold email campaigns, generate lead lists, and manage outreach using GoHighLevel CRM and outreach platforms.

Project Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Growth & Outreach Specialist to:

Build cold email campaigns from scratch
Generate and qualify lead lists
Manage outreach using GoHighLevel CRM and cold email tools
Track performance and optimize for response and meeting rates
This is a freelance project with the potential for ongoing work based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Create 1-2 cold email sequences tailored to our target market
Build prospect lists based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Upload and manage lead lists in GoHighLevel CRM
Set up cold email campaigns using GoHighLevel and/or tools like Instantly, Apollo, or Lemlist
Monitor deliverability and ensure inbox placement
Report on key cold email metrics: send rates, open rates, reply rates, meeting rates
Propose messaging and list improvements based on performance
Ideal Candidate:
2+ years of experience in cold email outreach and lead generation
Familiarity with GoHighLevel CRM (must have working knowledge)
Strong English writing skills (professional but conversational tone)
Experience with cold outreach platforms like Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, or Woodpecker
Experience building and segmenting lead lists
Comfortable working independently and delivering results quickly
Knowledge of email deliverability best practices
Preferred (But Not Required):
Experience working with US-based clients
Familiarity with B2B appointment setting or sales development
Basic CRM automation knowledge in GoHighLevel
💰 Suggested Budget:

Initial fixed project budget: $400 – $600 USD
Ongoing support can be hourly or milestone-based depending on success
This budget covers the initial campaign setup, prospect list creation, cold email sequence writing, GoHighLevel configuration, and launching the first batch of outreach.

Deliverables:

Launch initial outreach campaign and monitor inbox deliverability
