Preciso que seja codificado o Front de um Layout que está em PSD.

Eu desenvolvo de boas, porém estou com bastante trabalho e quero ver a possibilidade de terceirizar pra ganhar tempo.

Gostaria que fizessem utilizando bootstrap 3 e seguindo os padrões normais de front, responsivo e etc...

Após esse Layout pronto, vou pegar e vou codificar as funcionalidades em php e etc, mas preciso apenas do layout em html responsivo mesmo, o resto eu faço.
