Full recreation of a hourly booking website from scratch

The website was already created with a wordpress theme (https://monzescope.com/), however, this theme is very limiting and we need our website to be created from scratch with no theme. Why? Well, we want to have FULL freedom in terms of what the website can do.

In the future we are thinking of adding new extra features in the website, therefore we do not want to be limited by what a theme can do.

At the moment, all we need is for the current website (https://monzescope.com/) to be recreated outside of wordpress, from scratch, without the limitations of a theme. There's a few issues in the current theme that need to be fixed.

The website should be able to:

- Clients should be able to create an account and book any properties they want per hour. Not per night or day. ONLY per hour.

- Property owners (called "Hosts") should be able to create an account and post their properties on the Monzescope website.
- When the owner registers their properties, they have to fill out mandatory boxes such as square feet, number of rooms and bathrooms, type of property, video tour, photos, exact address, proof of ownership, etc.
- All users must go through an identification safety protocol where they confirm their identity by providing their government issue ID or something similar.

- Hosts should be able to modify the availability calendar of their property and block specific hours of specific days if they want to.
- Hosts should be able to automatically charge for a security deposit when a client books.
- Hosts should be able to select the hours that their property is usually available, offer different automatic discounts depending on the amount of hours that a client books, upload a video tour to their listing, etc.

- The website must have a functional message portal where the host and the client can chat. This message portal shall not allow clients and hosts to exchange phone numbers or email addresses until the reservation is booked.
- The website must be fully mobile friendly.

- The website must automatically send email and text notifications to the user whenever there's a new reservation, inquiry or message.
- The website must be able to send automatic reminders to both the host and client whenever a reservation is coming up.
- The website MUST have a reviews system.
Meaning that after a reservation is over, both the client and the host must leave a review about their experience.

As reference, the Monzescope website must function similarly to how Airbnb.com works, but instead of dealing with reservations per night, Monzescope only works with reservations per hour. Another reference website is Peerspace.com.
