Full-Time Graphic Designer & Customer Service Hybrid Role

We are seeking a talented and versatile individual to join our team in a full-time hybrid role, combining graphic design expertise with excellent customer service skills. The primary responsibilities will involve creating compelling visual content for various marketing materials for local businesses that will be printed in my shop. Prepress setup experience is a plus but willing to train the right candidate.

Additionally, the role requires providing outstanding customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, extremely detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while upholding a strong commitment to both creative excellence and client satisfaction.

This is an ongoing, full-time position that requires a solid level of English, as communicating with customers about their order and design specifics is required on a daily basis.
