Fullstack React Redux Java Spring Boot Developer

We are looking for a strong frontend-focused Full Stack Developer to help build and improve a client/server web application with a major emphasis on responsive design, clean user experience, and production-quality React and Redux development. The ideal candidate is also highly productive in an AI-first development environment using tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar agentic coding toolchains. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain responsive, production-grade user interfaces using React, Redux, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. Translate product and design requirements into clean, intuitive user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Implement and maintain frontend architecture and state management using React, Redux Toolkit, and Redux Saga. Build reusable, maintainable React and Redux components using libraries such as Material UI and DevExpress. Required Skills: Deep JavaScript knowledge and strong production experience with React and Redux. Advanced experience building responsive React and Redux web applications that work reliably across desktop, tablet, and mobile. Hands-on production experience with Redux Toolkit and Redux Saga. Strong HTML5 and CSS3 skills, with an emphasis on clean, semantic, maintainable code. Ideal Candidate Profile: The strongest candidate will be a React and Redux frontend specialist who can take ownership of the complete user experience while still being capable of working independently in the Java/Spring Boot backend. This is not a frontend-only role, but the majority of the work and the primary measure of success will be the quality, usability, responsiveness, and maintainability of the React and Redux frontend application.
