enviar la ubicacion GPS del usuario para ser monitoreado, cad 15 minutos a un web service y ser grabados estos datos en una base de datos;

la aplicacion debe incluir el envio de eventos, donde el usuario debe agregar una foto de galeria o bien usar la camara del telefono, agregar una descripcion y un tipo de evento;

dicho evento lllevara la direccion y ubicacion del usuario usando la api de google maps;

el envio de eventos automaticos cada 15 minutos debera contener una pila de datos, por si en algun momento el usuario no tiene internet este evento debe ser almacenado para despues ser enviado;
