We’re looking for an English-speaking ghostwriter to create LinkedIn and X content for Roman Vdovchenko, co-founder and CEO of Spiry — an AI startup in the creator economy.
Roman is a 4x founder with one exit. He previously helped scale a VR tracking company to around $10M in revenue across 60+ countries. His style is sharp, analytical and sometimes contrarian. The content should explain how markets work, challenge common assumptions and give readers a genuinely useful insight.

Market trends and contrarian predictions
We need 2–3 LinkedIn posts and 4–6 X posts per week. You’ll work with call recordings, transcripts and voice notes, sometimes in Russian. Your job is to extract the strongest idea and rebuild it as natural English content — this isn’t word-for-word translation.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience writing for founders or B2B tech companies
Can turn messy source material into a clear argument
Suggests original angles and pushes back on weak ideas
Understands the difference between LinkedIn and native X content
