We need a Brazilian Portuguese interviewer for customer development calls with current Spiry users.
At the moment, we have 4 contacts who already agreed to be interviewed. The task is to contact them, schedule short 15–20 minute calls, and conduct detailed interviews about their user experience with Spiry: how they use the product, what they like, what is unclear, what problems they have, what they would improve, and what would make the product more valuable for them.
For each completed interview, we need:
1. Audio/video recording if possible;
2. Full transcript in Brazilian Portuguese;
3. English translation of the transcript;
4. Short key insights summary in English.
We need to process these 4 contacts by Monday if possible, as the deadline is tight.
Payment: €15 per completed interview. I will start with €15 now and add €15 through Workana for each additional completed interview.
I will provide all contacts, product info, instructions, and the interview script separately.
