We’re a fast-growing home services brand launching multiple verticals in the U.S. (Junk hauling, cleaning, and more), powered by cutting-edge ai, automation, and sms-based outreach.

We’re looking for a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can manage inbound and outbound leads, follow up using GoHighLevel (GHL), and book qualified appointments for our local service teams.

You’ll play a critical role in converting leads from Facebook ads, sim-based sms outreach, and referrals — while helping us optimize follow-up flows, tagging, and automations.



Key Responsibilities:
    •    Respond to inbound leads from Facebook, SMS, and forms via GoHighLevel
    •    Follow up with cold/warm leads using smart SMS/email sequences
    •    Qualify leads and route high-intent prospects to booking/dispatch
    •    Update pipeline stages and lead notes inside GoHighLevel CRM
    •    Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations
    •    Create and edit GHL workflows (if capable) to improve automation
    •    Handle re-engagement campaigns with past leads
    •    Collaborate with founder, dispatch, and fulfillment team



You Are:
    •    A confident communicator in English (Spanish a bonus)
    •    Detail-oriented, consistent, and hungry to close leads
    •    Able to handle a high volume of messages and follow-ups
    •    Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
    •    Excited by sales, automation, and tech-driven businesses



Must-Have Skills:
    •    Proficiency with Gohighlevel (ghl) – including crm, pipelines, sms/email campaigns
    •    experience in outbound or inbound sales (local service industry a plus)
    •    crm hygiene: tagging, pipeline updating, activity logging
    •    familiarity with tools like slack, google sheets, loom
    •    bonus: experience with zapier, manychat, or twilio integrations



role type:
    •    part-time (20–30 hrs/week) to start, with room to grow
    •    fully remote — must have stable internet and quiet work environment
    •    flexible schedule with partial u.S. Business hours coverage
    •    Pay: $5–$10/hr depending on experience + bonuses per booked job
