Google/Facebook/Instagram ad specialist for dentists

I'm just starting out as a closer and I'm looking for somebody to partner up with and send some clients to. Basically I search for dentists on instagram that don't run facebook or instagram ads and message them privately offering your services that you would provide for a month and if the client is happy with the results then maybe even longer than a month. Me and you would make an offer based on what kind of services you provide. You would tell me how your services work, the process of you getting the client results so that I would know what I'm talking about on the sales call and the testimonials would also help to close the clients. Then I would make a whatsapp or instagram group with you and the client and you would provide the services for a month. Me and you would negotiate to commission on each referral or we could agree on a fixed rate. I'm looking for someone who has had previous experience with dentists maybe even social proof of it, because I need that to close and get you clients.
