High-End Cinematic Video Editor for Premium Mezcal Brand (Tamache)

We are looking for a top-tier cinematic video editor to help us craft the launch video for Tamache, a premium mezcal brand from Oaxaca, Mexico.

This is not your typical product ad. This is a storytelling piece — a 5-minute brand manifesto combining the founder’s personal story, the deep cultural roots of Oaxaca, and the ancestral art of mezcal production. The final piece should feel elevated, emotional, poetic, and cinematic, with strong attention to pacing, rhythm, color grading, and sound design.

We have:

High-quality footage: agave fields, the master mezcalero at work, Oaxaca town visuals, b-roll, founder interviews, etc.

A full voice-over script (already written and approved).

Brand guidelines, moodboard and references.

Access to the founder for any extra voice pickup or adjustments.

We need you to:

Build a polished, cinematic edit (around ~5 min) based on the script and provided footage.

Create smooth pacing that blends storytelling with brand emotion.

Integrate footage, voiceover, subtle music, and sound design to create atmosphere.

Apply tasteful transitions, smooth color grading (earthy, warm, elegant tones), and cinematic composition.

Suggest small enhancements when needed (text overlays, minimal graphics, logo reveal at the end).

Deliver final export for social, web and events.

Strong experience with premium lifestyle or luxury product brands.

Skilled in building narrative emotion — not just cutting clips.

Eye for rhythm, breathing room, and visual storytelling.

Advanced skills in color grading, audio mixing, pacing, and cinematic mood.

Familiar with brands like AGLAT, Gamma, or similar cinematic commercial aesthetics.

Bonus points if you:
