High-Performance M1 Indicator Development for Binary Options & Scalping

We are seeking an expert C# developer with experience in atas api integration to develop a high-performance m1 indicator. This indicator will be specifically designed for Binary Options and Scalping strategies, focusing on institutional Order Flow convergence.

The core logic for the indicator includes:
- Stacked Imbalances: Implementation of a 300% ratio with a minimum of 3 consecutive levels.
- Delta/Price Divergence: Filtering mechanism to detect market exhaustion, specifically identifying New Highs with Lower Delta.
- Absorption Logic: Detection of passive order barriers occurring at candle extremes.
- Unfinished Auction Filter: A critical component to eliminate M1 noise and prevent false reversal signals.
- POC Alignment: Ensuring that all generated signals respect the Bar's Point of Control (POC).
