We are seeking a skilled freelancer to manage a comprehensive data migration from HubSpot to GoHighLevel. This project involves transferring a contact database of approximately 70,000 records, ensuring a clean, organized, and accurate import by the end of April. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with CRM data imports and a strong attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

Exporting all necessary contact data from HubSpot.
Thoroughly cleaning the data, which involves identifying and removing duplicates, correcting formatting inconsistencies, and standardizing fields to ensure data integrity.
Accurately mapping existing tags and custom fields from HubSpot to their corresponding fields in GoHighLevel.
Importing all cleaned and mapped data into the GoHighLevel platform.
Recreating essential lists and segmentation based on the original HubSpot setup.
Performing a meticulous double-check to verify that all contacts are correctly organized and accessible post-import.
