I need you to help me develop the entire system that Uber implements. For this I require an administrative portal that allows me to visualize active drivers, active users, bonuses, live map with the location of drivers and users, hot map of the areas with greater applications, configuration of rates, discount vouchers, means of payment, and type of service (motorcycle and car). And also that I am given the development of the 2 mobile applications (user and driver).



I would like to hear proposals and reach an agreement about the requirements of this development.
