I want to create a simple website based on a WordPress template, hosted on my server. I already have a domain. I want it to be a straightforward site with a modern look. It should include a contact form, three subpages, a homepage with the ability to add news updates. I don't need any payment forms. The website should be easy for me, someone who is not familiar with web design, to edit later.
