Contratei o CRM da Kommo, mas sei muito pouco sobre CRM.

Preciso que um profissional que faça a implementação do CRM:
- chatbot (criei um mas ainda precisa ser otimizado, incluir mensagens de ausência quando a pessoa não responde, etc)
- estrutura funil
- estruturar etiquetas

Todas as vendas sao feitas pelo wpp, entao todo o funil tem que ser no wpp.
