Independent Qa Testers for Athena Project Management Web App Beta

We are seeking multiple independent QA testers to join our team for the public beta testing of Athena Project Management, a web-based application. This is an opportunity to be part of a multi-tester validation effort, where several testers will complete the same tasks independently to ensure comprehensive bug detection and validation of functionality.

Scope of Work:
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Logging into the Athena web application and meticulously following a provided test checklist.
- Executing real-world workflows, such as creating tasks, managing organizations, testing user permissions, handling client accounts, and verifying system notifications.
- Creating multiple dummy email accounts for testing various user and client scenarios, and logging all these test emails in a designated spreadsheet for tracking.
- Updating a shared Google Sheet to mark successful functionalities and clearly identify failures.
- Documenting all bugs found with a clear description of the issue, its feature category, and precise steps to reproduce.
- Recording short Loom videos (under 5 minutes) for each bug identified to provide visual context.
- Ignoring any spreadsheet items highlighted in purple, as these are out of scope for this testing phase.
- Utilizing AI resources for initial clarification on unclear items before escalating to the project owner.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for detail-oriented individuals who can catch edge cases and are honest and thorough in their testing, avoiding rushing through tasks. Candidates should be comfortable testing software independently and possess familiarity with web applications, basic QA processes, and following structured instructions. The ability to document issues clearly and concisely, along with being reliable and communicative, is essential.

Important Notes:
- Multiple testers will be completing the same checklist, and results will be compared for accuracy.
- Some known bugs are intentionally left for testers to find naturally.
- All necessary test data and sample materials will be provided.

What Success Looks Like:
- The testing spreadsheet is fully completed.
- All bugs are documented clearly and comprehensively.
- Loom videos are provided for each identified issue.
- Dummy test accounts are properly logged.
- Consistent and accurate results are achieved when compared with other testers.
