Tengo una matriz 2x2 en excel, n de cliente y familia de product y a cada para de datos, le asigno un descuento.

Lo que necesito es:
-Analizar donde se alojan esos datos en la base de datos SQL *ya que se puede hacer, pero de forma manual mediante la interfase grafica*
-Poder subir estos datos a la SQL
