integrar plataforma web con una api mediante SOAP El framework que estoy manejando es laravel

debe contar con llamada api revisar excel que tambien tiene otros campos a conseguir
- Obtener sims
- Envio de mensajes

Por parte del panel parte del administrador necesitamos se corrija
- permitir edicion de usuario clientes
- permitir habilitar y desabilitar que usuarios cliente puede enviar sms
- Asociar usuario kite a plataforma

Por parte de cliente final en la plataforma
- Filtrar SIM por usuario
- Permitir usuarios clientes pueda enviar SMS retraer
- Usuario cliente debe contar con todos los campos indicados en el excel que va adjunto
