I need to train intercoms artificial intelligence bot with content in order to make a first support agent for our platfrom. THe platform is in spanish, content is in spanish and training must be in spanish, Need to train and test. We have a bunch of content to use, but we need to put it in the right format to train the bot. Nees esmeone with experience doing this and good analisys skills to check answer that the bot is giving during the tests.

We have, videos, tutorials, text,email and knowdledge base to train the bot, however need to organize it to a format that can be used to train the intercom AI. THe idea is to enable a support agent for our webapp users. Must be in spanish
