Hello there
We are opening wholly owned subsidiary in India.  The parent is located out of Singapore and is singapore owned company. 

We need assistance with:
1.

Structuring between Singapore and Indian legal entities.
2.  How the withholding tax will work in relations to dividends, technical Management fees, royalty etc.
3.  Optimise the double tax avoidance agreement between India and Singapore.

In other words, we need advice on the best way to structure the formal accounting arrangement with the Indian entity, from singapore perspective.

We have already selected the accountant on the Indian side who will also be handling the transfer pricing aspect.
