Our team has recently subscribed to Confluence and JIRA for the past 2 months and find it to be of good use.
We are taking the next step to improve our use of Confluence and Jira in the following aspect.
1. Internal collaboration structure for a team of 15 people (JIRA and Confluence)
2. Step up a Project structure for issue tracking
3. Set up Dashboard for issues tracking and review
We also would like to offer the same to our clients.
