Sou criador de site simples, tenho um cliente que é uma corretora de seguros e ela precisa de uma página que o cliente inicie uma cotação e no final apareça o valor do seu plano, conforme o link ao lado. ( https://contratar.bllu.com.br )

Preciso alguém pra criar essa página e me explicar como que inicia e conclua, para que eu possa fazer as modificações.

Achei alguns site que dá uma ideia, porém eu não sei como colcoar pra rodar em api
