Layout of an Ebook

Hello, I have a job for layout of the content of an Ebook.
I have all the material written in a document and would like to add a design that matches the main idea of the text.
The material in a Word document has a total of 33 pages with the Arial font in size 10.
For during the layout, intuitive images from some free image bank can be added.
So that there is not only the application of a design template in the ebook and many pages end up containing only texts, I need the material to be read calmly, in order to be able to illustrate what is necessary in the best possible way, either with images or some new pattern break in the design on a specific page.
We will probably have an ebook with more pages than the current one when the material is diagrammed. This is because you can break the text where you think it is necessary on one page, choosing to continue it on the next.
Keep an eye out for major subject separation points, such as Headlines and Chapters, so that your layout highlights these parts well. Just like in books, they are important to separate what came before from what will come next.
Don't limit your creativity in layout.
