I looking for a web developer that is able to created a lead gen web site similar to home advisor or thumbtack.
The project is to build a web site and also a app that make possible to request estimate or quote to professional in diferent trades locally. Allowing to connect the professionals and the customers in the  platform and help costumer to be sure that they will be satisficed with the services and the professional be sure that they will get job and be pay when they complete the job, all payment have to be trough the platform and all connection or communication should be trough the platform something like uber or rover.

Will be a lead gen web site but also we want to build and app for this platform. Need to be something similar to rover.com or something workana that allow people to post their project and professional contact the customer trough the platform and all payment should be made in the platform to guaranteed for any complaint about the job, also professionals o companies can register and build their profile to show they work to costumers.
