We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Lead Generator / Bidding Specialist to identify project opportunities that align with our capabilities, analyze project documents (including engineering plans and bid specifications), develop pricing estimates, and prepare proposal submissions for internal review.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and track upcoming public and private project opportunities through online bid portals and procurement platforms.
Analyze RFPs, RFQs, and engineering drawings to determine scope, qualification requirements, and bidding feasibility.
Prepare comprehensive bid packages, including pricing, project narratives, resumes, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary materials and review drafts.
Maintain a log of submitted proposals and track outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in construction, environmental, or utility-based proposal development or bid coordination.
Strong understanding of engineering plans, scopes of work, and bidding procedures.
Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management.
Excellent written communication skills.
Familiarity with public agency procurement portals (e.g., PlanetBids,
SAM.gov, Cal eProcure) is a plus.
Proficiency in Excel and PDF markup tools; experience with proposal software is a bonus.
