I need a bookkeeper that is familiar with online quickbooks, using classes for rental properties, and do the bookkeeping for each of the properties.  This will include catching the books up, using cost basis and deprecitation, and then keeping it up monthly from property management statements.

Project overview

It is all about online bookkeeping for rental properties, using depreciation and keeping up with it monthly. There are no bank statements, just property management statements with income and expenses for each property. Mortgages for each property. Property insurance.
