Cornerstone is a specialised training institution in the education industry, equipping youth all over Singapore with 21st century skills that will enable them to be responsible citizens and problem-solvers. Besides having the competency to design enrichment curriculum and programmes, Cornerstone also deploys education technologies to help educators and students achieve superior educational outcomes. Cornerstone already implement The CS Learning Management System on Jan 2020. The purpose of this cs lms is to protect our content (intellectual property(ip)) from the freelancer trainers/teachers to use on their own business or rebrand as their own. There are 3 phases in this implementation of using cs lms. After phase 1 in the implementation which is conversion traditional to digitalize lesson content or online teaching, we are already incorporate more than 20 project/courses to use LMS as their main teaching support tools in school and online. As for phase 2, there are 3 sub-phases within phase 2. The phase 2a – human resource management system and project scheduling management system. The phase 2b – support the Sale team to produce the proposal from the LMS courses and customize sale proposal. The phase 2c – Online, trainer and project communication system (mobile and other devices) and lesson online delivery method through LMS (retail and project)(internal and external).
