Debe permitir leer códigos qr de texto encriptado con aes 128 bits en modo cbc que utiliza vector de inicialización y llave para el cifrado.
Se requiere como entregable código fuente, documentación técnica requerida con información de plataforma en la que se desarrollo, nombre de librerías adicionales requeridas, manual de instalación y manual de usuario.
