Existe operando una APP para crear datos de clientes.
PAra gilizar el proceso se requiere adicionarle dos funcionalidades a lo existente:
1-Desde un equipo ANDROID permita con la camara leer el código de barras PDF417 de la cedula colombiana y cargue en el formulario existente  el numero de la cedula, los apellidos, los nombres, fecha nacimiento, sexo.
2-Usuarios llenan algunos datos adicionales (correo y celular) y al finalizar debe salir pantalla para que el cliente firme y se captura esta firma
