Lengthen videos to sync voiceovers.

I have Spanish voiceovers for videos in English.  We have difficulty syncing the Spanish audio.  My thought is to lengthen the video without affecting the natural pace of it.

I attempted myself but it looks like the video is in slow motion.  I'm open to other ideas.

I have several videos.  Most are less than 90 secs.
