We are a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu school looking for a freelancer to help us drive local leads and bookings through Meta and Google Ads.

Scope:
    •    Run ads targeting parents, women, men, and beginners within 10–15km
    •    Optimize for trial bookings and website leads
    •    Use $500/month ad budget effectively
    •    Track conversions in GA4 and Meta Pixel
    •    Provide weekly reports (leads, intros, attendance, conversions)

Requirements:
    •    Proven experience with Meta lead ads, Google Search, and Performance Max
    •    Strong knowledge of GA4 + GTM
    •    Experience with gyms, martial arts, or local businesses a big plus
