Looking for a Virtual Assistant For My Real Estate Business

Hello, I am starting on my search to find a well qualified Virtual Assistant. There are a few tasks that I will be assigning for you every morning - English is preferred but not required. The tasks will consists of: Lead Generation - mainly copy and pasting emails. Organization - organizing / updating my database + reaching out to people on my database to keep in touch. Graphic Design - Will need to be able to design thumbnails for my YT channel. Video Editing - Video editing is a huge plus but not required. Social Media Management - Schedule posts, create video schedule with scripts, ideas, etc(can be done by chat gpt) Also, If throughout doing your work for me, you obtain a lead that I end up closing with. I will give you a percentage bonus that hasnt been decide yet but over 10% of the deal closing ( typically between $200-$500)
