O projeto é desenvolver uma macro em VBA que verifique se a string formada pelos campos 03, 04 e 05 seja única na tabela. Caso o programa verifique a existência de linhas cuja string formada pelos campos 03, 04 e 05 sejam iguais ele deve adicionar uma letra X ao valor contido no campo 04
