Macs Plv–Clinic: Record Management and Inventory System for Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela Clinic

I need a desktop application for a school clinic that can manage the patient records and inventory of supplies in the clinic online and offline. This is a capstone project and I need it on the 1st week of November. It uses mySQL for the database and C# programming language for the system.
The school have two separate clinic and their data must be in sync.

Functions of the system:
1. CRUD (the delete option only hides the data but not deleted on the database)
2. In forgot password, the system should be able to send a randomize code to the email of the user to reset the password.

3. We have two users: Nurse and Volunteer. The nurse have full access to the system and the volunteer have limited access.
4. When the clinic doesn't have internet access, the system should still be able to use. It only stores the data to the computer. When they have internet access, all data that are stored on the computer must be uploaded to the server/cloud.

5. The data of the two clinics must be in sync.
