Mailchimp Email Marketing Support (Monthly Newsletter)
We are seeking a skilled freelancer to support our email marketing efforts using Mailchimp.
This role will focus on launching and managing a simple monthly newsletter, with one send per month from January 2026 through April 2026.
Key responsibilities
Build, review, and send one monthly newsletter via Mailchimp
Provide guidance on email design and layout to improve clarity and performance
Advise on email marketing best practices to maximize engagement and deliverability
Review performance metrics (open rates, clicks, etc.) And provide insights and recommendations
Help own the newsletter process and ensure consistency across sends
What we’re looking for
Experience working with Mailchimp
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
Ability to provide strategic input, not just execution
Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with a light monthly cadence
This is a new newsletter initiative and is intentionally simple to start. We’re looking for someone who can help us set it up the right way, grow our audience over time, and provide thoughtful input based on results.
